Summon Demon is a skill from the game Tales of Phantasia, where it makes just one attack. On this version, it plays a bit different.
This char is intended to be CPU only, but you can control it too. Be warned that it can be cheap if its human controlled.
Since I've developed this char first for Mugen 1.0 and the winmugen version was made on a hurry, bugs may happen. Please, report any bug you find.
Still using normal hitsparks, will be changed on a future release.
